As the data controller of the collected data, RidgeRock.ch commits to respecting the framework of the applicable legal provisions. It is notably the Client's responsibility to establish the purposes of processing their data, to provide their prospects and clients, upon collecting their consent, with complete information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a record of processing activities that reflects reality. Each time RidgeRock.ch processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure their accuracy and relevance with regard to the purposes for which it processes them.

However, RidgeRock.ch remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe.


RidgeRock.ch is committed to taking all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information, and in particular to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information comes to the attention of RidgeRock.ch, the latter must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. The User's Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of RidgeRock.ch and subcontractors (service providers), solely for the purpose of achieving the objectives of this policy.
